Is there a fee to use the My Chain app?
Creating an account and holding assets is free. Network fees apply when you send on a blockchain and are shown before you confirm.
Which devices are supported?
Any modern browser on desktop, iPhone or Android. Installing it to your home screen gives you a full-screen app experience.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your account is not tied to the device. Sign in on a new one with your password and authenticator, or a recovery code if the authenticator was on the lost phone, then reset 2FA from Security.
Can I use my phrase in another wallet?
Yes. Your 12-word phrase follows the BIP39 standard, so Trust Wallet, Xaman and other compatible wallets show the same addresses. Funds there are separate from your My Chain balance.
