How are my assets secured?

Funds are held in cold and warm vaults under a master HD wallet. Each user gets a deterministic deposit address, and every withdrawal goes through review and admin approval.

Do you support recovery if I lose 2FA?

Yes. During account setup you are shown a 12-word recovery phrase and after enabling 2FA you receive eight one-time recovery codes. Either restores access.

Is identity verification required?

No. We do not require government ID or any identity verification. Your account is tied to cryptographic keys, not to who you are.

Can I export my transactions?

Yes. The Ledger supports CSV export at any time. Filters are preserved in the export.

How long do deposits take?

Standard network confirmation times apply. Most assets credit within minutes after the configured number of confirmations.

Is there a fee to use My Chain?

Creating an account and holding assets is free. Network fees apply to on-chain sends, and staking has no platform fee beyond the disclosed yield terms.

Can I use My Chain on mobile?

Yes. The site is fully responsive, and you can install it to your home screen as a PWA for an app-like experience on iOS and Android.

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. You will need access to your account email to reset it, this is separate from your recovery phrase.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Share your referral link from Settings and earn a reward when someone you refer funds their account, subject to the current referral terms.
